Elizabeth is a Menopause Coaching Specialist and the founder of Your Thyme Nutrition and Wellness, where she helps women 40+ feel confident in their midlife body.
After personally navigating weight gain, hot flashes, disrupted sleep, joint pain, anxiety, and the frustration of realizing her old “all-or-nothing” fitness approach no longer worked, Elizabeth transformed her philosophy. Instead of pushing harder, she learned to work with her body — using sustainable nutrition, purposeful strength training, daily movement, and realistic lifestyle strategies.
She now supports women through perimenopause and postmenopause with a gentle-but-purposeful approach that blends evidence-informed guidance with mindset and behavioural change principles. Elizabeth helps women move away from restriction and self-criticism, and instead build supportive habits that feel doable, empowering, and sustainable.
Her mission is to help women see menopause not as a decline, but as an opportunity to rebuild strength, restore energy, and step confidently into their next chapter. Through education, encouragement, and practical strategy, Elizabeth empowers women to thrive — not just survive — in midlife.
