Her personal journey navigating the challenges of menopause led her to found Working While Menopausal (WWM), a transformative organization dedicated to raising awareness and transforming workplace culture to support, include, and retain employees during peri/menopause.

Through WWM, Karen partners with organizations to develop forward-thinking policies and inclusive practices that acknowledge this critical life stage, and empower companies to retain top female talent. Drawing from 25+ years of software test engineering experience managing diverse global teams, she now applies proven methodologies to solve one of the workplace's most critical retention challenges.
