As a Certified Women’s Hormone Health Practitioner, Menstrual Cycle Coach, and Hormone Yoga Therapist, Kate brings a deeply integrative approach to midlife wellness, combining hormone-focused education with mind-body tools and practical lifestyle strategies.
Known as The Womb Revivalist, Kate is trained in a range of hormone-supportive modalities, including nutrition, endocrine health, nervous system regulation, and cyclical living. Her work helps women understand the root causes of their symptoms and gives them personalized, sustainable strategies to restore energy, balance mood, and support overall well-being.
